What’s Covered

Our warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Workmanship flaws
• Structural failures under normal use

If your gear fails due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we’ll repair it, replace it, or offer store credit — at our discretion.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage, misuse or neglect
• Cosmetic blemishes that don't impair functionality
• Unauthorised modifications or repairs
• Lost or stolen items

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To file a claim, please email us at info@royalforcetactical.co.uk with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or a short video showing the defect

Our team will review your submission within 3–5 business days and get back to you with the next steps.

What Happens Next

If your claim is approved, we’ll:

• Ship a replacement product
• Issue store credit for the value of the item

Please note:

• Coverage is limited to one claim per item
• Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to purchases made from royalforcetactical.co.uk.
